We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is $40. The rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders ship in 1-2 business days and are delivered in approximately 3-7 business days in the contiguous U.S. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window.

Tracking and packaging

You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Your system ships in discreet packaging.

Your system arrives uncut

Your system arrives uncut so it can be tailored to you. A stylist experienced with hair systems cuts it in and installs it. See how to find a hair system stylist near you. Tape or adhesive not included.

Hair color

You choose your hair color on the product page before adding to cart. If you're not sure which color matches, contact us before ordering.

Returns & 14-Day Return Guarantee

Request your return within 14 days of delivery. Manufacturing or quality defects reported with photos within 14 days get a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you. Returns for any other reason are refunded minus a flat $79 return fee. The system must be unused, uncut, unwashed, uninstalled and without adhesive applied. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
