Measure only the area you want to cover. Measurements are a guide for choosing; they are never required to order.
- Use a flexible measuring tape.
- AMeasure A: the length of the area to cover, from the front edge to the back edge.
- BMeasure B: the width at the widest part, from side to side.
- Measure only the area to cover, not the circumference of your head.
- Not sure? Ask a hair system stylist.
What to do with your measurement: If your area fits within 8x10 in, any of our full systems works: your stylist trims it to fit. For Breathable, choose 6x8, 7x9 or 8x10. If your area is larger than 8x10, contact us.
Care
Wash gently in the direction of the hair with shampoo and conditioner made for hair systems. Pat dry and let it air-dry. Use low heat and light products. Remove old tape or adhesive with a suitable remover before re-attaching. Lace is more delicate than skin: handle it gently.
Installation
Your system arrives uncut. A stylist experienced with hair systems prepares the area, attaches the system with hair-system tape or adhesive (not included), then cuts it in and blends it with your own hair. How to find a hair system stylist near you.

- Any reason (change of mind, color, model): the system must be unused, uncut, unwashed, uninstalled and without adhesive applied, with all components and packaging. We refund the price paid minus a flat $79 return fee, which covers the original shipping and the pickup.
- Defect or quality issue (excessive shedding, base defect, wrong or damaged item) reported with photos within 14 days of delivery: full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Normal wear within the estimated lifespan is not a defect.
