How to Choose Your First Hair System

Your first hair system doesn't need to be perfect — it needs to be a good fit for how you live. These are the questions worth answering first.

1. What matters most to you?

Most choices involve a trade-off between the most natural-looking appearance, easy maintenance, breathability and durability. Decide which one you'd prioritize.

2. What does your week look like?

Office days, frequent exercise, hot weather and swimming all affect which base type will feel best.

3. Skin, lace or hybrid?

A system should match the area you want to cover, your natural hair color and a density that looks right for your age and style.

5. Who will install and style it?
